Prior to joining Solutions in Law, Brian practiced at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, a prestigious international law firm based in Seoul, Korea, where he represented clients ranging from giant conglomerates to small businesses to individuals in a myriad of litigations and arbitrations for 7 years. During his time at BKL, he gained a deep understanding of trial strategies and negotiation tactics.

He also served as a senior law officer at the Prosecutors’ Office of Korea for 3 years, directing and supervising legal actions filed against the Korean government. Acknowledged for his contributions to the legal community, Brian was appointed as counsel to a legal advisory committee of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea.

After obtaining a Master of Laws degree from the University of Toronto-Faculty of Law, he was called to the Ontario Bar. Brian then moved to Canada with his family and set up practice at the premises of Solutions in Law. His professional goal is to provide the highest level of legal service to help his clients navigate through difficult times in their lives.

In his spare time, Brian loves to spend time with his 3 sons, whether it be sledding in the neighbourhood, playing chess, or just making up fun activities to do together.
